KAA Alternative summer school

This year we will be holding a different kind of summer school. As well as Aikido we will be engaging in various other practices which will be taught in order to understand the deeper meaning of Aikido:

 

Aikido
Zazen meditaion
Kototama
Deep relaxation
Iron ball techniques
Special visualisation techniques
Mind body meditation

 Kundalini
Shiatsu
Stretching exercises
Awareness and consciousness exercises
Mind and mirror techniques
Weapons training

 

The course will last five days from the 7th - 11th August 2010 and will be progressive in nature.

The course will be hosted at our H.Q. Dojo in Birkenhead.

The cost for the full week will be £80 and places will be limited. Participation for the entire week is encouraged as the course will be progressive.
